Biometric Identification / Original ID or Passport: We require guests to present their original ID or passport upon check-in as proof of identification. Guests who fail to provide valid identification will be denied access to the property.
Minimum 24-Hour Advance Booking: Bookings must be made at least 24 hours prior to check-in. We have updated this requirement on booking.com, but we kindly request your support in ensuring that any glitches or system errors do not allow last-minute bookings. Such bookings will still be turned away.
Consent for Identification Record: By completing the booking and making payment, guests consent to having their identification photocopied and kept on record for security purposes. This measure helps us maintain a comprehensive record of our guests for the safety and security of everyone on the property.
